The Brussels-based Belgian agency represents the success of an intrapreneurial project aimed at expanding our expertise across Europe.

Since the establishment of Extia Engineering in 2022, two distinct identities now coexist within our Brussels offices. Extia Belgium encompasses both engineering and IT professions under one roof.

Today, more than 130 Extians, including 100 consultants, actively contribute to the growth and success of these two dynamic entities.    

Diversity of clients

Since its inception, the agency initially focused on engineering roles but quickly expanded into the IT sector following the arrival of Alois from the Lyon agency in 2017.

Strong synergies exist between the northern sector agencies, particularly Brussels and Lille, both of which specialize in engineering. Together, they aim to optimize the business model and maximize impact.

Extia Engineering Belgium boasts a diverse portfolio of clients, including Colas, Infrabel, Solvay, GSK, and Elia. The agency supports its clients through all phases of project development, including construction and comprehensive project management. Its expertise spans piping works, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects across buildings and industrial sectors.    

Belgian conviviality

Extians from Extia Belgium are renowned for their legendary energy and warmth. Many are expatriates with an average age of 30, and together they have cultivated a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for new recruits.

Weekly, employees organize various sports events, such as futsal and badminton, fostering team spirit and camaraderie.

In Belgium, one thing is certain: events are always on point! Three to four times a year, major celebrations are held to honor the achievements of Extians. For instance, the agency has hosted family-friendly outings to Walibi, pool nights, and even an elegant dinner atop the Atomium to mark the festive holiday season. Additionally, the agency’s anniversary is a much-anticipated event, bringing everyone together to celebrate under the spring sun.

Extians also enjoy frequent after-work gatherings, creating meaningful connections, especially for expatriates.
